Serpent of Fire The Cloud Warrior Saga Book 6 edition by DK Holmberg Children eBooks Reviews
I enjoy reading this type of story. My family calls it "swords and sorcery ". I do like the story and characters. I am becoming somewhat irritated with the numerous grammatical errors. I believe better proofreading would add my enjoyment of the story.
Excellent series. Book six continues to offer new and excited twists to the story. Absolutely love the well rounded characters that keep you engaged throughout the series. Phenomenal story tell with a new approach to the fantasy genre. Highly recommend for anyone who loves "other world" fantasy.
The story is so convaluted that I can hardly keep track...but I am really loving it.
I am really enjoying this series. The writer draws me into the story. The characters are wonderful and the heroes bring back my childhood desires to want to be something really amazing. I feel that the story moves at a good pace as there is enough time to absorb the story without being slow enough to make me want to skip some. I read every word and my imagination gets right in there with the characters. I can not wait for the next book to see what the next terror will be invented. Good reading.
The book is a wonderful reading for teens and adult alike. Dwells a lot in how to develop moral values such as integrity and loyalty. Openness to solutions available at the moment and giving chance to first study situation in order to reach the right decision. No use of vulgar and excessive degrading language make this a good read for our young adults.
Never a dull moment. This book moves so fast you will never be bored! The characters are always evolving and growing. Our hero has made the most changes in this series and it's a good thing he continues to grow into his powers. He has so many difficult problems to deal with but still manages to stay a step ahead of trouble. Barely! This is a great series and has kept my attention from the start. I'm glad it didn't end with five books, as originally intended. I'm hooked on this author!
I've enjoyed this series so far. It's a good series, but this book seemed repetitive. Our hero seems to fall into the same pattern of being unsure of himself, his abilities, or what's going on, then by the end he's confident again only to repeat this. and the plot seems to follow suite; insurmountable foe, almost lose a battle, but overcomes in the end. I don't want to be negative, and I do like this series and will continue to read it, but the developement of Tan seems to be a bit circular.
This story continues to excite and leaves you wanting more. There is a battle with an old mistake 1000 years ago. Tan is again successful. It is hard to believe that even with book six, the story is fresh.
